Derian House Children’s Hospice helps seriously and terminally ill children live life to the full by creating wonderful experiences and bringing back a sense of normality to family life.
By providing specialist nursing care and emotional support they help families smile again when life couldn’t get any tougher.

Derian House staff includes nurses, physiotherapists, play specialists, counsellors, and perinatal specialists. Not all families want to come to the hospice, so the team goes out to visit them in their homes. They have programmes to support siblings and grandparents and the whole family. In 2019 the care was rated outstanding by the Care Quality Commission and the charity was also the JustGiving charity of the year.

Derian House relies on donations for 90% of its income. You can be a vital part of helping Derian House raise the money that it needs to be able to support local families.
