Our Recruitment and Field Support Officer, Grace Paul, handles our recruitment, onboarding process, and field support. She provides a friendly initial welcome call to all applicants, and delivers an excellent candidate journey, working closely with candidates from the moment they apply to their first day as a fundraiser.
Grace also provides daily ongoing field support to all our fundraisers. She ensures that the fundraisers have a main contact for all things field related and delivers a wide range of help and assistance day to day.
Grace has worked in Recruitment for 10 years specialising in Business Support and Client Communications.
In her spare time, Grace enjoys spending time with her husband and family.
